Using your brain chemistry to reach your goals.

Have you ever purchased a great training only to leave it sitting after a few days or weeks?

You know it’s great material and something you need right now.
So how come NOTHING’S CHANGED????

One of the reasons is;
Cognitive Dissonance

Simply explained, Cognitive Dissonance is the discomfort you feel when you step out of your comfort zone and into something new.

It is the natural and inherent desire for sameness which is built into our biology.

So if you’re human, listen up!

Because there is such a STRONG tendency for your biology to keep you where you are, you have to take out of the ordinary actions if your life is going to change!!

This does not mean working long hours and trying to force your way into the life of your dreams….that does not work.

What you can do, dare I say what you MUST DO is make reviewing the vision of your future self a DAILY PRACTICE.

Every day tell yourself about your future.
Every day tell others what is showing up in your life.
Every day write, draw, sing and dance to celebrate what’s showing up.

All while seeing it now!

You don’t have to understand the science behind it to see visualization and journaling work in you life.

You just need to start!
